UNGRAASA acknowledges that graduates need more that academic and technical skills to secure employment. Employability, or work readiness skills also plays a vital role in securing employment. The aim of the project is to equip graduates with skills required by employers.
Graduate Placements, mostly in the form of internships and Work Integrated Learning (WIL} opportunities constitute a great deal of UNGRAASA activities.
UNGRAASA recognises entrepreneurship as a vital tool to eradicate unemployment and job creation. The Goal is to kindle the spirit of entrepreneurial spirit of graduates and also to promote self-employment amongst graduates of institutions of higher learning.
